Graphite Art is an effort draw lines around thoughts

Black and white are mood descriptor

“Color is descriptive. Black and white is interpretive.” – Eliott Erwitt

The effort is to translate thoughts into lines, to make it speak without words.There can be no colour which is descriptive of mood than black and white. The apparent absence of colour is the collection of the whole hue-array.
The reason Graphite/charcoal is my favourite medium of Art.

 My attitude towards drawing is not necessarily about drawing.
It’s about making the best kind of image I can make,
it’s about talking as clearly as I can.

Graphite Art is easy to do, un-messy and fits right for someone like me, who is dealing with much physical restriction owing to a chronic debilitation.
